This Vietnamese restaurant in Annandale is pretty good. It is part of a different ownership chain. The Vietnamese scrape is pretty good as well as the marinated beef cube. It is very tasty. What johnny doesn't like about Pho Hai Duong (in Seoul Plaza):
Was wanting just an ice coffee for the road, so I stopped by here. Did not know there was a $10 minimum for card pay and the cashier didn't seem pleased but went ahead anyways with my order. I tipped an extra buck but I really shouldn't have. Ended up paying $7 for a barely half filled cup! I literally finished it in a couple of sips. I've never received such little amount at any other Viet place. If you didn't want... View all feedback.
Service is fast and great, their pho is delicious, and prices are worth it!I try to find a better pho place closer to me but none can compare to here. I've come back here many times and will continue to.Thank you Pho Hai Duong!

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Return customer
Even with all the Vietnamese restaurants in the area, I feel that this place is one of my usual go to. Located in a small shopping center off the main road, you could miss it. Inside is decorated like most pho shops. Depends on the day it can be busy. I find their food is pretty consistent every time I go. I always go with my favorite, Bun Bo Hue and my wife usually get vermicelli bowl. Their cha gio is always crispy and hits the spot! We usually like to get other items here and there to try.Service is pretty quick and prices are competitive with other restaurants. If I have to nitpick sometimes it does smell like cleaning solution inside. I definitely recommend checking this place out when you have a craving for Vietnamese food!
