Kfc - Ravensworth

I ordered delivery online and was not delivered what I paid for! My extra breast for $4 was missing and delivery driver was clueless. Plus I know some fried were missing. So I called 1-800 number because local number just rang and was on hold for 30 minutes when I gave up. Won't ever order KFC again! Poorest customer service I have seen!

Asked the people at the counter to lower the loud music that was annoying. They looked at me for a second with no response or confirmation. I guess the manager was too busy setting menu or prices rearranged that could not even care to respond to what the customer asks. And of course the guy next to him was like a frozen statue stirring at me. Waited a couple of minutes and nothing happened. So I ate quickly halfway and left. No wonder the KFC branches are going bankrupt and closing down. With this management and the spices that has nothing to do with the original recipe due to cost cutting and ignorance, nobody goes to the greasiest place in town.

They opened the door at 11am, but the website shows they open at 10am.And I ordered 8pcs Chicken, when I got home, I realized that I got only 6pcs.This location is a little bit far, so I didn't go back, and I won't go there again. Bad experience.Parking: A plenty of parking space.

Fine if you go through the drive through but inside is dark and looks pretty unclean. Not sure I'll eat here

Possibly the most fucked-up Kentucky Fried Chicken in Virginia. They need to hire managers who actually do things.
