By far one of the best five guys I've been to. Purses a grilled cheese sandwich added a patty bit into it and sweet honey ice tea. I was in heaven but still on earth thanks for the fantastic sandwich. Return the next day and still the same thing. Whut I'm not worthy. View all feedback.
What Singh doesn't like about Five Guys:
For the price paid, the quality doesn’t match at all. The meat is so bland absolutely no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. I don’t get the hype with Five Guys. I think they have just expanded way too fast too quickly. View all feedback.
I loved the staff, very friendly, I recommend the hamburgers, very delicious.
I used to love this Five Guys but burgers have shrunk so much and they put them together w toppings like a late nite Mcd’s drive thru (sloppy af or not at all). Plus the prices are insane now. Why does Five Guys cost more than Shake Shack??
They don't give as much French fries like they use to.
This location consistently lets me down. A guy that looked like he was the MOD (manager on duty) assembled my burger and my order. For a 50yr old guy a burger and fries is a treat. They need to be hot and fresh. What I received was neither. I ordered takeout at the counter and picked up my order immediately when ready. Burger patties were luke warm, bun was a soggy mess and fries were greasy, limp and barely warm. Wasted $20 on a very unsatisfying, super high calorie meal. Not coming back to this location ever. The one in Falls Church on Rt7 neat West St is way better. Avoid. Hopefully they shut down.
Recommended for a great burger that's made to order and fast service. It wasn't the best customer service, but no problems. Tasty, filling, and fast.
