Six stars! How delicious is that?! The daily dish “Halbe Ente” was fantastic. Great food, very humorous and nice service! It's not better. Please do not leave the construction site closed outside the door, inside it is very quiet and cozy. We like to come back! View all feedback.
What Rebecca Ernst doesn't like about Askanier Keller u. Hohenzollernstube:
Whoever is looking for the special is certainly well here. The food has tasted well, the ambience is interesting to appealing. As an aperitif there were three drinks to choose from: Kir Royal, Kir Royal or Kir Royal. If you want to order a bottle of wine, you have to rely on a longer dispute... and lose. There's only wine in glasses. The fact that the glasses were then gifted from the bottle makes the guest amazed. T... View all feedback.
Where Otto von Bismarck has already eaten with friends, you can also eat cozy. This historical basement is rustic and cozy at the same time. The menu is very clear what I always value as a good sign. The host has also suggested things that were not on the map, like Marene, a fish from the Ratzeburg lake. And if he has it, order it. They will not regret it, on the contrary. Enjoy!
Very nice, buoyant hospitality, which is also quite proud of its regional products. The back part of the restaurant is a stone vault from the 16th. century, while the front of the 18th century century.
The historical atmosphere is unpaid. You can hardly imagine how much history is in this cellar vault founded in 1514. The Eiserne chancellor Otto von Bismarck had his main place here and was regularly a guest. A bronze plate and two original tables from this time still remember and put one in the past. All in all, I can give everyone who wants to eat not only wonderfully and especially fresh, but also want to experience a small time trip in an honorable atmosphere to make one or more visits warm. It's worth it! The only regret is that these walls cannot speak. I will definitely eat and live here more often.
We were in the Askanierkeller on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was relatively empty. The menu is quite clear, but everything is freshly prepared. The ordered marshes and also the sour meat (very lean) Schleswigholsteinic type with roast potatoes were very good taste. The host is very friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable. We were happy and happy to come back
Located in the basement vault, this restaurant has a rustic charm, very friendly staff and a great selection of regional and seasonal dishes. The kitchen is very varied, depending on the season, different dishes are additionally offered to the normal card.
