We have already visited both restaurants several times. The food really tastes great and the price is fine. Unfortunately, the last visits have been negative for us. (Hüxterdamm orders are received late, it is not asked if everything is okay or if you want to drink something and generally you have the feeling that you are ignored. A friendly and welcome occurrence is missing. The ladies don't feel so good (Absacker would there be only “Wodka or something similar” ?? Only a gentleman does not meet the whole thing. This is always trying. For such a high-quality restaurant, unfortunately, a behavior does not fit.

The food was mega, the service was as friendly as you should be. A bit more cordiality and it would have been a perfect evening

I still know the Arsièn from the smaller location in 2019. The food and service was already fantastic. But the new location gives you an even better feeling. Absolutely earned 5 stars!
