What Harry Bready doesn't like about Golden Fortune Chinese:
I indulged in a delightful serving of BBQ ribs, and I must say they were absolutely exquisite. The subtle tang of the sauce danced on my taste buds, leaving me in sheer bliss. However, the portion of spring rolls was a complete letdown. I enjoy bean sprouts in moderation, but when I bit into these, that’s all I could taste. To my dismay, I discovered only a couple of sad, tiny pieces of chicken clinging to the sprouts. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, but those spring rolls were a significant disappointment.
I ordered the chicken chow mein, which turned out to be quite good. The chicken was fantastic, and the noodles were also enjoyable. However, the bean sprouts added a strange taste. The other dishes, like the king prawn curry and fried rice, were decent as well. On the other hand, the spring rolls were truly disappointing. They look big and impressive at first, but instead of the expected mix of meat, shrimp, and vegetables, I found a mountain of soggy bean sprouts. I strongly advise against ordering the spring rolls—they're simply not worth it.
