About 1 year ago we were on a culinary trip in the region and have already enjoyed the Hasenpfeffer with its excellent chef Christopher Franz. Now he has also been included in the order of the best chefs, the Chaine des Rôtisseur, and for that reason alone our visit this year was full of anticipation. I would like to anticipate that all of our very high expectations were exceeded! We already know Franz from his two-star time in Austria and we believe that a talent in the Berlin area will rise like a phoenix from the ashes . Every gear is on point and perfectly balanced. A heavenly game of sweetness, acidity and flavors that can hardly be better. Here comes the fine spirit who understands his craft. Naturalness without frills in harmony with the region and nature... just perfect! Even after several courses you don 't feel oversatiated or hungry. Here the master creates the perfect balancing act. For the main course, he serves us a duet of Semlin venison with crispy chanterelles, celery and blueberry nagé, as well as chateaubriand from Charolais beef with a mercilessly good Marchand de vin sauce, artichokes and braised salad. Which completely blew our minds. In addition, the chef comes to the table himself and impresses us with his perfect wine expertise and pours us a drop of his private red wine. This was the unsurpassed perfection for the main courses and left nothing to be desired. Also, the perfect service left nothing to be desired, acting unobtrusively and reservedly at all times and also serving us perfect wines with the courses. For us, Hasenpfeffer is in a league of its own, which makes it difficult to find anything better, even in Potsdam or Berlin. Franz 's kitchen is clearly at star level, if not very close to two stars!!! Very high contemporary culinary art. For us definitely a Berlin master chef !!! We are already looking forward to the next visit.

We tried the Hasenpfeffer gourmet restaurant at the GolfResort Semlin hotel for the second time in two years. To put it simply: it was outstanding once again! We enjoyed an excellent meal (so a big thank you to the chef and the kitchen staff) and competent, very friendly service. Every hotel guest should experience the Hasenpfeffer at least once. In my opinion, the restaurant is a great addition and fits perfectly into the overall concept of the hotel and golf course.

An unforgettable culinary experience – highly recommended! From the moment we entered the restaurant, it was clear that something truly special awaited us. The welcome was warm and professional, the ambiance stylish yet cozy – perfect for immediately feeling at home. But the true highlight was, of course, the food. Each course was a work of art in its own right – subtly composed, perfectly balanced, and presented with a rare attention to detail. The flavors harmonized at the highest level, and it was clear that the chefs worked with passion, skill, and high-quality ingredients.
