Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the kitchen because we had already been complimented very harshly because of our dog. Our mistake: asking the wrong question on the phone a few days before about taking the dog with us. We didn't mention which restaurant we wanted to go to. It is not possible in Hasenpfeffer. I was there yesterday on August 22nd. at Hasenpfeffer Essen and I don't think I'm going too far when I say that it's the best restaurant in the region. Whether with the home-baked brioche and focaccia, the excellently seasoned tartare with quail egg and Prunier caviar, the excellent lobster bisque, the Tournedo Rossini in perfection or the semolina balls with the flattering pistachio cream were a real treat. Above all, I would like to highlight the Tournedo Rossini, which I have not yet had served in this perfect quality. This experience was rounded off by the attentive service, which responded to my request for non-alcoholic and bitter citrus flavored drinks with delicate drinks. Finally, all that remains is to say “Happiness” and hopefully see you again soon.

Ein Restaurant, in dem alle Faktoren für ein kulinarisches Erlebnis stimmen. Entspannte Atmosphäre, schönes Interieur, sehr freundliche Bedienung mit viel Fachwissen und nicht zuletzt: absolut köstliche Speisen, die sowohl den Gaumen als auch das Auge verwöhnen.
Fine-dining restaurant (for approx. 20 guests) with game dishes, the meat of which comes from animals that have been killed by the chef himself.
A great experience. Very exquisite food and great service! Something very special in a cozy atmosphere.
