In mid-October '22 we took a hike through the Swedish holes in the Bastei and came to the trout trenches at noon. We had a trout with salad and a fish bunker. The fish **** was fresh and the trout was warm from the smoke! Everything very delicious!!! Rustic seating, suitable for lococation. Only correct/right cutlery (no plastic) would be desirable ... At the next opportunity we will stop in the smoker! View all feedback.
