To be honest, I didn't like the food, BUT, that's not why I'm writing this review, but the reason is that after this meal, about 15 minutes later, my stomach was very upset, and I barely had time to get home. Update: My boyfriend ordered the exact same thing as me and will most likely spend the evening in the bathroom as well.

The road is ver... read more The other restaurant: If you're arriving by car, I recommend taking the ferry from Königstein to the other bank to stop for a bite to eat there. The road is very narrow, so it makes sense to leave the car in Königstein. The food fits the ambiance perfectly; inside, you sit in the vaulted cellar, very rustic and quaint. The beer garden is very cozy with a view of the Elbe and Königstein Fortress. The service is fantastic, friendly, and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. A visit to the farm shop is also well worth it!
