Our experience here was OK. The food quality was OK. Slightly pricey for the standard of food said my wife. The restaurants that are located on the main road in town are cheaper. Customer service was OK. Food was served within 10 minutes. Great location located 30 metres from the famous rail bridge. Seating is located under a large roof. View all feedback.
Great view, nice location and good food at a relatively good price for the location
Worst restaurant in thailand so far. First they did not want to allow us to pick the table altjough several tables wrre available. Then they took forever to take our order. Food was ok, but not great. My kid broke one glass by accident and they charged us 60 baht. Terrible service, average food, very expensive. Really not worth it.
Very nice location which is near to the bridge and river and have great food options. Hospitality was amazing and can spend more time watching river and the temple behind
WAITRESS TRIED TO STEAL US PART OF OUR CHANGE, IT WASN'T AN ERROR!!!! I never, never, write a review here on on another apps, but now I feel I have to. I went there to have lunch with my girl some hours ago. Food was mediocre, but we stayed for the views. Overpriced too, but it was expected because of the place. When we paid, my partner found that in our change were left 100bat (around 2.5€ . We are european travelers in a trip through Asia, so we're used to some people trying to scam us just for being tourists. But in this case, we thought it was an error. I looked to the waitress to tell her to come to our table and I noticed she was talking with other 2 waitresses while looking at our table. I told her to come to our table again (I was gentle, no pushy at all and she did as she wasn't hearing me. I insisted a third time and she finally came to us. Then I told her, literally: There's a problem with our change. No more info. AND SHE PLAYED AS SHE WERE ASHAMED, went to a counter and took instantly (and without me telling her about the issue, nor the quantity left a separated 100bat bill and ran theatrically to us to return it to us. Seriously, I felt like she was stealing me in my face and, in addition, she was making fun about us. If you're reading this, you're a tourist and you're visiting Kanchanaburi: DON'T GO THERE. I'm so tired of people like that treating us as we were walking wallets. 100bat are nothing (around 2.5€ as I told you , but it is MY money and I want to be the one who decides what happens to it. If you want our Euro/Dollar/Whatever, give us a good service and we will pay with pleasure. Summary: DON'T GO THERE. PS: If you still having doubts about going there, read some other reviews before. There is full of reviews saying that they had a BAD EXPERIENCE there.
Can enjoy the scenery, feeding fishes. Food is good but a bit overpriced.
