Phenomenal. Bold. Experimental. Everything fine fusion should be! The Chef took risk to blend a wide variety of flavors and it paid off. Every dish was unique. Top 3 restaurant in BKK. View all feedback. What chang z doesn't like about 80/20 Eighty Twenty:
Concept was interesting and execution was good but ultimately the flavours were off. Or also can be interpreted as the chef’s own take on the dishes. Given the concept, I feel that there is a very strong character from the chef in the food. But perhaps it does not suit my palate. Best dish was the squid and the sauce inspired from nam jim seafood.
