This restaurant has the physical capital to be great (excellent fire pit, big wooden log ambience, restaurant tools) but there is simply no passion to prepare food. We had rib eye steak which we paid premium price but all the sides that came with it were outrageously stale . The steak itself had too much sinew and tendons. The meat tasted good though because it was grilled on wood coal, but everything tastes good when grilled on coal doesn’t it? The resto is a monopoly in the vicinity so I guess that’s the reason.
