carefully refurbished since april 2017, the castle guesthouse has been a perfect spot for the traditional, hungry and people who simply want to enjoy German cuisine in a simple and unobstructed atmosphere. the wine card has experienced a significant improvement. cordial service without overcrowded service is trump here. my tip: Simply look in and feel comfortable. we wanted to make a kitchen test after changing the owner. the salads were good, but the dish was a mogel pack. such a thin carving, 1mm panade-2mm meat-1mm panade, I have never seen before. After I politely informed the service of it, no reaction of the house came. that will have been the last visit for a long time. View all feedback.

Had the classic here: schnitzel. Unfortunately, this classic was not a very good - much too thick piece of meat (like a rumpsteak). this has taken me something appetit. I could not find any arguments for a second visit.
We had great starving, because we had not eaten all day yet.at 17 o'clock we were sent to a walk again... no one was there... so only from 18 o'clock (opening times were unfortunately not there).When we came around shortly after 18 o'clock this was already well filled locally and several tables were already eating something irritated to us.Maul bags and cheese cakes were great, Despite some tompinamburschnäpse no more fit in the bark tongue in madeira, which we would have liked to try too much.The waiter was a hot stone with heart and humor, as most of the guests today unfortunately don't get any more...we enjoyed it very much.
The salat was very good! the wild boar gulasch however very grow through! ambiente is good-bourgeois to something old, but all in all quite ok.
