What was not right in our opinion was that when we asked a young lady who was responsible for delivery and clearing away, she was told that something had probably gone wrong! As I said, it can happen, but you should at least inform the guests! When we paid, there were still things in the system that we didn't have. Unfortunately there was no insight that the customer was not satisfied, let alone any reaction to apologize for the situation. This will probably be our last visit to the Schnitzelbru!
