However, some diners experienced poor service, with rude or absent wait staff making the experience less enjoyable. Despite this, there were positive instances of great service, such as with Jose, and high-quality food. The high prices may limit Char to special occasions for some patrons, but overall, the experience is considered worth a visit, with exceptional dishes and cocktails. The restaurant's popularity may lead to a crowded, loud atmosphere, but the food quality and service seem to leave a positive impression for many customers.
Food and service were excellent. It’s on the pricier side, so may be better suited to special occasions for some folks. Looking at for an adult with an appetiser, main and a couple of drinks With all of that in consideration will defiantly include in our rotation. For us it’s in the ‘a few times a year’ category.
I highly recommend this place! The service was on point! The food was amazing and the drinks were perfect. I will definitely be back!
We were tabled near a very large party who were exceedingly loud. Detracted greatly from our birthday celebration. Next time will stipulate not to be put by a large table. Cost of meal is too high to be so annoyed. Food was great as always.
We like dining at Char for special occasions. Last night’s dinner was excellent and the staff was outstanding. Looking forward to our next dinner at Char!
Great food and ambience. We went to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. Ask for Matt as your server. He is amazing.
