Elk Creek Steak House And Lounge

Although our steaks were delicious, (and it was Rally week) the service was about the worst anywhere. I fully understand the demands on facilities being short staffed and under pressure, but assigning wait staff and the system used by Elk Creek wassimply inexcusable. When the party of two and the party of four that were seated AFTER our party of four, all were DONE eatingbefore we were served, that took the cake. Something in the SERVICE area is broken here. Great food but leave yourself plenty oftime to be able to enjoy it.

Walking into this place it looked dark and rundown but we figured the food would be good as I had checked images on maps. We were greeted and seated fairly quickly. Our waiter got our drinks fast. We?ll that?s about all we got. We waited about 25minutes with our waiter walking back and forth greeting other tables helping around us. She finally came back about 30-35minutes in and told us that she completely forgot about us. At this point we had lost our appetite and didn?t want to proceed toeat there. Even though she forgot about us she still charged us for the drinks we didn?t even completely finish. She apologizedonce and walked away to assist the rest of her tables. I finally read through the comments and I?m sure the owner will find aresponse to this. But forgetting about your customer is completely unacceptable. I hope they train their employees better. Iwon?t be going back there again unfortunately.

I just wanted to enjoy a meal with my partner. The service was excellent and the food was very tasty. I ordered a shrimp dish and a rib sandwich, and the total bill was $30. The steaks were a bit pricey, but overall, I was quite impressed. I haven't been there since 2018.

I’m all about presentation, and the steak was served beautifully. The salads were excellent as well, although I would suggest finding a better way to serve the dressing rather than in those small plastic containers. I totally understand that distributing dressing can be tricky and that portion control is important! I loved the low lighting and the cozy, small-town atmosphere. The candles on every table added a nice touch, and the restrooms were impressively clean and well-maintained. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Parking was convenient, with accessible spots available right at the entrance. I’m giving Elk Creek Steakhouse a full 5 stars because it truly deserves it! If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend giving it a try! We’ll definitely be back, and I’m confident you’ll leave feeling satisfied and ready for a hearty steak and eggs breakfast the next morning!

I absolutely adore Elk Creek Steak House! The owner is an incredible chef, and his staff is always friendly and engaging. Even when the place is bustling, we always feel like we're the only ones there! The food is fantastic, and the company is consistently wonderful. Plus, the owner's girlfriend is wonderful too! She always takes the time to greet us and chat for a while. ❤️
