Absolutely the worst customer service on multiple occasions I've had to walk out because no one acknowledges your presence. Seems as if everyone there hates the job they have chosen to do. View all feedback.
Called for a retirement cookie the same day and they did an amazing job. Got the cookie in a few hours and absolutely love the airplane. It turned out great.

We absolutely love this place but for my sons first birthday cookie we found a hair in his frosting. This happened a few months ago. It was pretty gross! I’d recommend for all employees wear a hairnet! I wish all places would!
