Nope. Sorry not the Ott's I knew. A bit high in price and low on food quality and flavor for the price. I wanted to like this place so much.
I came in on a steady Thursday and they were all super sweet and nice! They were quick with my drinks and get my order in, which is something I love about places like this. And everything was hot and made to order. I got a Denver omelette with steak instead of the ham, also got some hash browns and a separate set of pancakes and a LG OJ, all for a shocking price of just $25.99! That was the best part honestly. Not hard on the pockets! Definitely worth it to step in and get a quick breakfast or brunch with pals/family. Highly recommended for sure!
Very disappointed to see another establishment using powdered gravy mix. I bought a sausage and cheese omelet with a side of sausage gravy. The omelet was average, hard to mess that up, but what sets a RESTAURANT apart from fast food fare is homemade. ? It costs very little and doesn't take long to make biscuits and gravy from scratch, there's no comparison in quality and taste. Just another establishment, notice I don't say restaurant, that is obviously catering to a less quality conscious clientele. May as well go to a McDonald's, than businesses with this mindset. 1st and last time customer.
The food at this restaurant is average. The ingredients aren't the worst, but they certainly aren't impressive. The service was good, although I had to ask for utensils for my single to-go haystack. The gravy was decent, though it wasn't real cream gravy—just a passable imitation. The sausage links left much to be desired, with an unpleasant texture and taste. My haystack came with one egg. The hashbrowns were the highlight of the meal, and the biscuits were just okay. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but definitely not remarkable either.
