Panera Bread - Ranson
Panera Bread
Description
Panera Bread has long been a go-to for casual dining, yet recent experiences at one location have revealed significant shortcomings. Guests have noted issues with service, including long waits and incorrect orders, diminishing the restaurant’s reputation for reliability. While some patrons appreciated the warm atmosphere and friendly staff—highlighting individual team members for their exceptional customer service—the consistency of quality has faltered, particularly with food preparation. Cleanliness in facilities also demands attention. Overall, while the café offers a pleasant environment and solid menu options, improvements in service and quality control are essential for restoring its standing among loyal customers.

Moreover, her demeanor was excessively flirtatious towards my husband. She asked him numerous questions but failed to acknowledge me as a Panera rewards member. At one point, as she leaned over to grab cups, her shirt slipped down, creating an uncomfortable situation. My husband noticed this and was understandably taken aback; he even snapped a photo, which I’m sure he plans to send to corporate. As for the food, it was average at best. I was disappointed to find only a single piece of undercooked chicken in my salad. Overall, we left feeling quite dissatisfied with our experience. I strongly suggest that management takes a closer look at their dress code policies and perhaps holds some training sessions for staff about professionalism in the workplace.
Over the past month, I've visited this Panera three times, and twice I left empty-handed. Today, around 1:30 PM, I stood at the register for five minutes waiting for someone to take my order for a drink. The staff preparing food seemed to completely ignore me and didn't attempt to find someone to help. Eventually, I just gave up. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this. On my last visit, I picked up a to-go order for my office, and when we unpacked it, we found that three out of the seven meals were incorrect. We've decided to stop ordering from here altogether. Overall, Panera is usually a convenient option for a decent meal, but this location has been a disappointing experience.

Below par to other Panera Bread restaurants. I like ordering in person rather than using the kisok, though that was a mistake. They got my order wrong. Guess thats one more person they can cut from the late shift or maybe move them to help with the kitchen. Then I get this for a baguette....and the kitchen people said this is how they always are...um not what I've gotten before. Service: Dine in
