Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this place, always extremely rude and we all understand the staff shortage so we are trying here too. Very rude staff, slow service and freezer burnt ice cream. I would avoid this Baskin Robbins.
Do NOT order from here! If you order DoorDash they will tell you via a dasher that they can’t make your order and are out of ice cream. This has happened to me twice in less than two months time, and I’m now never going to this Dunkin/Baskin Robbins or any Dunkin for that matter. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Ordered 2 cups and 2 milkshakes.They handed us the 2 cups and told us to pull out back. We have now been sitting out back 15 minutes waiting for the milkshakes and our cups of ice cream are half melted.
7:15pm Saturday August 21, 2021. Wanted to order 2 Milkshakes when a very nice young lady announced they were not serving ice cream. I must have misread the hours of operation.
