Had tremendous meals. Roast duck for myself and filet mignon for my wife as well as a satisfying bottle of wine. Although quite sated we split a ginger creme brule'. Delicious!! Cozy little lodge on a lake. This is NOT a quiet getaway type of resort. They often have events and you will be sharing the lobby lodge with guests at the fine dining restaurant after 5. You can hear everything from the rooms as people party or walk on the rustic foundation. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are having a wedding or event. Some blackout curtains would certainly be a nice addition to the rooms in the summer. Rooms: 5

The food at this place is fantastic. We tried the mussels and the lobster carbonara. The mussels were tender and delicious. Large portion, too. The carbonara was equally tasty. We were thrilled with our meal, and we will return.
