Casey's - Random Lake

The best caseys to go! always friendly staff who cares for their customers. Online pizza order is always fast and they always have it ready. the bakery is always fresh. 10/10 best gas station in the city

Idk what happened to this location but the last few months it is horrible! I will drive a few extra miles to avoid this Casey's. The staff is unknowledgable, the manager is worse! A product was priced wrong and I questioned it. The manager interrupts and was talking down to the employee as well as deeming as heck with me. They are always out of stock on everything! Just overall a bad experience.

I stopped in yesterday and after my transaction the cashier Julie said. I have something for you, I've been waiting to see you. I was very surprised when she handed me an envelope wth my name on it with $2 in it. Apparently in January I stopped in to cash in lottery tickets and did some other transactions and she forget to give me credit for my $2 winner. She placed I inenvelope with my name and waited until.she saw my name pop up. Then she apologized for forgetting to give it to me on.that day. All I can say is WOW , Thank you Julie for your great customer service and to show the world that not everyone is selfish and self serving these days.

I love how convenient this gas station is but sadly it has gone down hill the last few months. I've stopped to buy alcohol and they were unable to sell it. They don't have online ordering available and the kitchen has been closed often. They also don't restock items as often as the Casey's store miles down the road do. I'm not sure what's up but it's worrisome and disappointing.

They may have given the store a makeover but it definitely is still making me wish it was a Kwik trip. I?d like to see management take some pride in this location.
