Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen - Randolph

WORST SERVICE EVER. If I could give it less than one star, I would. I placed an order online, and when I arrived, the person at the counter asked me to pull up my order on the phone. I ended up missing my chicken channels, which are a key part of my order. I called to resolve the issue, but I was put on hold for 10 minutes and nobody picked up the phone again.

If you're craving delicious, crunchy fried chicken, Popeyes is the place to go! Their sides are also quite tasty.

Once again, I'm disappointed! I believe minimum wage should remain steady, as your work ethic should be rewarded with fair pay. I ordered two chicken sandwiches, but one hardly had any mayo—just a smear. The other sandwich contained only two pieces of white meat in a flour coating. To add to my frustration, I received a dark meat leg that was the size of a newborn baby and a chicken wing that was half the size of the thigh. There wasn't even any white meat included. I guess it was my fault for expecting a better outcome.

These are the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. The place had papers everywhere and looked like they had put a college party there. That was 11:00. The place smelled of fresh colour. The cashier said so low that I couldn't hear a word he said. The employees smiled doors and walk in their mother tongue. I would never recommend this place.

Nasty nasty nasty! Ain't no Popeye in that chicken. It had no crunch. It was old. They didn't want to cook anymore and they weren't about to close. The biscuit was hard and barely no gravy on the mashed potatoes. They were really the only thing edible. I spent over $40, for them to mess up my order with the wrong pieces of chicken and on top of the being old and nasty. Thus definitely NOT the place for some Louisiana fried chicken. The manager was short in his responses and rude. The fries were old and soggy. I asked for fresh and they were no better. I don't care how much I want me some Popeye's, I have tried them for the second time and I'm done. Sheesh!! I hope they read these reviews and do better.
