first of all, being in a restaurant at a table without silverware (being a mandatory accessory) is very questionable. Water deserves a lemon, the old tool tavern doesn’t seem to think so. Our waitress only visited our table around 3 time in the hour and a half span of when we were there The tavern in my personal opinion needs to get a service started that good waitresses who are highly paid and greatly tipped need to...
