What Charlotte Conder dislikes about Old Tool Tavern:
First of all, being seated at a restaurant table without any silverware (a basic necessity) is quite puzzling. Water should come with a slice of lemon, but the Old Tool Tavern doesn't seem to agree. Our waitress only checked on us about three times during the hour and a half we were there. In my opinion, the tavern could benefit from some serious service training; experienced waitstaff who are well-compensated should... View all feedback.

Everyone here are awesome. Owner, employees, and customers. Second time there and they knew who we were before we even got in the building. Hope to make this our NY to go place .
