Mcdonald's - Randolph

The restaurant was surprisingly very clean, and the staff was friendly. I was delighted to find that I could order a large strawberry milkshake! That really impressed me! However, the ice machine was almost always broken, which was quite disappointing. That said, I was very satisfied with my overall experience. I would recommend it to others, as I tend to have a great experience there about 9 out of 10 times. I'm sure others would enjoy it too!

The drive-thru is often crowded, but orders are prepared swiftly. The food was served hot, and the customer service was excellent.

One of the fastest drive-thrus I've ever been to. You have to give them credit. They make a high customer volume and it doesn't slow them a bit.

A guy hates giving me a fresh product. I ask for something freshly cooked, he won't do it when the manager intervenes. But the women who are there have a point. The best!!!

The guy at the window with the tattoo is always friendly and has a wonderful speaking voice. He has a fantastic attitude and manages to multitask incredibly quickly—he seems a bit overqualified for the job! Overall, it's always a great experience with this excellent team.
