When arriving, I gave the gentleman my Dunkin order number and he denied receiving it. Even when I showed him the order on my iPhone, which delineated that the order was paid for his location, he still refused to give me what I had ordered. Only when I made a big fuss did another person finally, while very reluctantly, filled my order. I would strong suggest for everyone to stay clear of the Dunkin location on Route 10, in Randolph, NJ . Not only is the crew poorly organized, but very rude to paying customers! The service was friendl... read more This was my first visit to this Dunkin' location, although I’ve been to many others. I’m from Toronto, Canada, and was in town for work. The service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean. My food was prepared exactly as I ordered it; I tried the sourdough breakfast sandwich along with a raspberry refresher drink infused with green tea. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. I noticed that some other reviews weren't very positive, but I had a delightful visit here. Honestly, I couldn't find anything to complain about. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
