I recently moved from Randolph to Chester, and while the bagels here are decent, I still find myself returning to Randolph because Alpha Bagels are simply the best! They're always fresh and absolutely delicious!

I drive 45 minutes to get bagels and I placed an order and got hung up THREE times because no one can understand me. They have the rudest employees and would not give me the name of the manager/owner to make a complaint. So here it is! My time was wasted driving here. You lost my business and i hope others too. Also, I noticed the owner of this establishment doesn’t reply to apologize to anyone. Not a good look and shame on you. Seems like the complaints are all about the employees you have working there and I couldn’t agree more. If I could give zero stars I would!
