Subway - Feedback

What Y K likes about Subway:
As in most food chains, all Subways seem similar to me in so far as the quality of options, ingredients, etc. So it's the service that differentiates one from another. At all times whether it's busy lunch hour or not, there are only two employees making sandwiches. I ordered a sandwich on the mobile A00 at 11:30 am. App said it would be ready at 12 pm. I arrive at 12:15, the sandwich is not made. They start making it AFTER you arrive even though it's already paid for. This same scenario has happened twice now.
