Pho Spot - Rancho Cucamonga

The staff were very kind, a little forgetful so I recommend a 2nd look at your order before leaving. I enjoyed my shrimp/ pineapple fried rice. the spring rolls, not so much.

I love Pho Spot! It's my go-to. I always order a large brisket pho and a large order of shrimp/ pork spring rolls. I eat a couple of the rolls and a 1/3rd of the soup and take the rest home. Pho Spot's cuisine is always fresh, hot and delicious. Their staff is attentive and accomodating. Can't wait till my next visit.

Recently changed from Pho Saigon to Pho City, then to Pho Spot, with new owners each time. They seem to have the same cooks as before, but with a great, new, updated interior. The bahn mi's are only 3 bucks and are delicious on nice firm bread. The pho ga (Chicken noodle soup) is much improved from before as well, as the owner told me they are boiling and seasoning the chicken almost to order. Apparently before, they made a huge batch and would just chop up and portion out your food. I noticed that they must not be using the same preservatives as before too, which is great. Previously I would have a bowl of Pho and feel flush and warm due to preservatives in the food. I haven't felt that way at all since this new owner took over in late November. Edit 1/25/17 The new owner Linda is fantastic. If you're a regular, she greets you by name as you walk in. She's very attentive and open to feedback on every item. I'm really pleased with how much the restaurant has improved with this new ownership.
