Carl's Jr. Green Burrito

Had a great experience at this Carl's. Food was about it as good as you could expect from a Carl's and the service was superb. Spicy double western bacon cheeseburger is fantastic.

Customer service is terrible here. I get irritated when ordering because every item ordered is asked “WHAT SIZE” when I preface “DON’T SUPER SIZE ANYTHING.” Then I go to pay, and they say I said “LARGE” on an item. So the attendant says, “I SAID,” and that’s it, NO REFUND. It’s just a fast food place with nothing special about their food, but the customer service being like it is, then is not worth the trip here—robotic people without common sense.

Delicious food. The meal that was named 2 for 6 and you can choose 2 hamburgers.

Messed up our order. Food was mediocre. I was drawn by a Ranch BLT commercial. What a mistake.

This used to be my go to Carl's Jr. but now, something happened in the last few years that have made me avoid it. New ownership maybe? The service is unprofessional, they are slow, they just grab your card/money and then practically throw your order into your car. No time for any pleasantries they just want your money and get you out of there so then get back to whatever you disturb them from doing.I dared to try them again yesterday and regretted it. They left me hanging at the drive-thru menu. I asked if anyone was there and the response I got was that they needed a minute and then nothing. I finally got tired of waiting and went to del taco instead. Guess I'll keep going to the Carl's in the colonies or on Archibald and 19th. This store doesn't appreciate your business, they just tolerate you so they can get your money.
