And sweet baked beans to complete the smoky ribs. Delicious.

We tried all the meat except the sausage due to the limit of how much cash we had on us. This place is cash only, so don't come empty handed. The service was excellent. Some of the food was a strange German twist on BBQ. Our favorite was the pulled brisket and pulled pork. We did not like the nachos because it was basically Velveeta with bacon sacrilegiously thrown on it.

We came a few minutes after they opened and they said they are out of sausage which baffled me how they can be out of something the moment they open. My girlfriend had to wait for them to defrost the fish so she could get the fried catfish and when it came out the center was not just undercooked but was totally raw and still cold. They took the catfish off the receipt so we didnt have to pay for it but that catfish was unacceptable. The brisket was dry and very salty and only comes chopped not sliced. They don't bbq the meat but rather fry it on the stove. I will not be going back to this location.
