Our usual lunch spot was closed, but luckily we discovered this fantastic place! It was bustling for a Thursday afternoon, which is always a good sign. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was impeccably clean—I even saw the owner on their knees with a dustpan before a party took their table! The service was excellent, and the ambiance was pleasant. I dined in and tried a variety of dishes. I would rate the food a 3 out of 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4. I especially recommend the Fish and Chips! View all feedback.
We were yesterday as a party of 9 as a very last minute booking, and we were welcomed openly, although the main restaurant was full. we sat in the bar area and it was nice. the personal is very attentive and hospitable, and the menu also had a large selection with “Specials”. eating was wonderful, and everything was served as required by every person. a rareness in most restaurants! we were there about 3 hours without the staff leaving, and we all had a fantastic evening. we would recommend owens.
Went for family meal on Sunday and 1st impressions we're how smart it was inside . Really friendly staff and the food did not disappoint . Probably the best fish and chips I have had , outstanding food all round
Great food. Great service. Great place to eat. Had homemade cheese pie and can honestly say it was the best I have ever tasted in my life. Just LOVE this place.
The Service was fast and professional, the food was excellent, ate here a few times and had a Christmas do last year here for 22 people and the service and food was still fantastic, prices are reasonable would definitely recommend And we would definitely return
Went yesterday for lunch food is fab great menu to choose from, surroundings are lovely as are the staff. Highly recommended x
