Such a disappointment, bad quality, small portions, mere ingredients, a restaurant that is clear to our opinion, just to churn customers. the good points of whi... read more Such a disappointment, bad quality, small portions, mere ingredients, a restaurant that is clear to our opinion, just to churn customers. the good points of which there are some. beautiful location, ramatuelle is a very beautiful hill village, it was our 20th Wedding...supplier so that we booked in advance and had a nice table on the small terrace on the street. waiters were efficient and we ordered a glass champagne and a bottle storage. no choice on the camp just a craft Italian. champagner was beautiful, although it was the last glass from the bottle and despite its small amount remained in the bottle, this was not poured into what was a very small glass champagner. we asked for broth and butter that it would be served with our food, and that they had no butter! bad sign as they have distinctly butter in the kitchen). thought to the time that they might want to push through the customers to stop them time before they order? When I asked about broth and butter again, they found something butter and the broth was served. beautiful touch came the chef from the kitchen and took the commands. for appetizers we ordered the pochiert ei with truffle and sparing and crab croquettes with tomato side. for the net we ordered risotto with gamben and filet steak rossini. the chief went before he asked me how I cooked my steak! had to call a waiter to explain it! about 5 minutes later we were presented with a small Gaupacho look, but before we had the chance to try it, our starters were also served at the same time. no good sign again. the egg was good and the sauce aromatic, but the spa gel consists of a few shave, not all that was expected. the crab croketts were simply terrible, without crumbs, dry and more like kartoffel croketts, and the tomato gland was like a small piece dehydrated tomato. very dry and really disappointing, in which it was so dry I had to take some of my wife sauce to moisten the dry dish. we have consulted with another glass of champagne and a beer. champagner was flat, end of the bottle perhaps, see earlier commentary,) the replacement glass was fresh and good. the risotto with the gambs, as it was in the years open one of the worst dishes. the risotto was more of reispudding, no taste, bad texture overcooked rice, and maybe 6-8 pieces tiny garne mixed. possibly 2 cloves cutting most. fillet steak was actually very good, asked for senf, but apparently no available! red wine was good. they gain direct feedback to the chef who seemed quite uninterested. he offered us a coffee after we paid the bill we had rejected. bill for two 231€ champagne 16€ for a small glass, small bottle beer 9€. Probably the worst eating and worst worth in this season, and we eat 2-3 times per week and have been here for 5 months. such a scandal, as with more attention to quality, and better service could be the place actually good. unfortunately one of the places in the opposite, which simply want to press through punters and scrimp on ingredients and quality. restaurants in gassin, grimaud, st tropez, la molecular, all offer a better value and quality.
