Wendy's - Raleigh

This Wendy's location is consistently the worst I have ever been to in the six years I have lived nearby. This is not due to the pandemic, as I have always had a negative experience here. Despite being only a mile away, I would rather drive to the one in Garner. Every time I choose to eat at this location, I regret it.

The service at this restaurant is excellent for the most part, but I would suggest avoiding lunchtime when it is very busy. It seems like they are short-staffed due to the pandemic, so the long wait times around noon are understandable. My suggestion to the owners would be to hire more staff and increase the pay for the current employees, as they seem to be working very hard.

Service at this restaurant is slow. There is not much else to add.

In the last months I was about 5 times at this place, always after 8 o'clock in the week. service is friendly, fast and they get my order right! can not ask for more than that!

In the morning and afternoon the service here is okay but at night it’s horrible. Tonight I encountered the rudest food service worker and to make it worst I think she was a manager or shift lead . It started when I drove up to the window and was never told “ just one moment “ or “ I’ll be with you in a second “ . Once my order was rudely taken I was told to “ pull up .” No total was given , no questions about what kinds of sauce I wanted or what size I wanted my meal to be. At the Window I was approached by the lady with purple braids and the nasty attitude . All she did was tell me total and handed me my lemonade with no ice . During this interaction I asked if I could get some dipping sauce and she said nothing . Just continued about her business. I said “ma’am “ and again nothing , she hands me my food and said “here you go.” I don’t know what this lady problem is but her attitude needs to be addressed.
