Recently, I experienced an incredibly long wait for my pick-up order, only to receive the wrong size iced coffee. This mistake resulted in an additional 40-minute wait for the correct drink. Seriously? There were no apologies or acknowledgment of the delay. Today was yet another frustrating experience, as I had to wait a long time again, and once again, I received the wrong size iced coffee. While these incidents are fresh in my mind, my experiences at this Panera have been consistently disappointing over the past year. I believe the root of the problem lies with the manager or owner; a business doesn’t fall into disarray solely because of its employees. It's time for some systemic changes, improved employee morale, and genuine support for your team. A more efficient operation is crucial.

However, I had an experience there that was quite unusual. I ordered my go-to sandwich, but it turned out to be a total flop. When I went to eat it, the turkey just fell right out, making a huge mess. Maybe the person making it was having a bad day? I'm not sure. On a brighter note, I really enjoyed the Mango smoothie!
