I’ve visited several franchise stores, and they should have similar food quality, but this one stands out. Alice, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful, and everyone here is very friendly. It offers some of the best Bojangles around, as quality can vary between locations. The fried chicken is consistently cooked to perfection, and the biscuits are always wonderfully buttery.

We had coupons for free meals because of HORRIBLE experiences in Knightdale. We hadn't gotten around to giving them away and ended up on the other side ofRaleigh. What a WONDERFUL experience. Pleasant staff. Clean! Hot food! Fast! 100% what dining out should be.

Secondly they put no seasoning on my fries whatsoever after I asked for extra seasoning. Overall a terrible experience and willnot go back to this bojangles!
