It's well-maintained and well-maintained, but space is limited when the tables are full—and they often are. Innovative cuisine with a focus on green food; the fish cured meats are sublime, and the variety of bottarga made by the chef is equally impressive. Their selection of vegetables, sourced from hydroponic crops grown by a local company, complements the dishes.

We enjoyed an excellent prosecco recommended by the very attentive and friendly staff, and then continued with superior pasta and main courses. Definitely an experience we'll happily repeat!
