One of the best steaks I have ever tasted. The 80 day aging process gave an intense but pleasant taste to the entrecote. Smoked mushrooms were a star and the sauces accompanying the bread were exquisite. One of our top meals in Sicily. The waiters taking care of us were friendly and accommodating.
