Visiting friends of a friend in Scicily the sun had gone down and things had turned slightly 'nippy ' relatively speaking for the end of October .We drank Rooibos tea with almond.it was to be a drink I dreamt about for the next few days. Where did it come from? A lovely tea seller with a fabulous tea shop in Ragusa . A trip to Ragusa on the trail of inspector Montalbano had been planned and so it became a challenge to find the tea shop too. The address was Via Giosue Carducci, 64 and the owner 's name was Amelie like the film . To cut a long review short this is really worth the effort. Teas can be smelt, tasted and bought. There is a huge range to choose from including green, Japanese and Rooibos along with flavourings to suit every taste. Amelie also made us coffee and produced some delicious goodies to compliment the beverages, altogether this outing was definitely my cup of tea,

I highly recommend to make a jump!

They offer a nice service and an incredible tea selection, I first tried their hot chocolate and it was really good too. I think it’s totally worth the experience if you’re in Ragusa just a few steps from the bus station, worth a visit.
