Caffe Ibla - Feedback

What VCB 10 doesn't like about Caffe Ibla:
Slightly odd reception, or perhaps lack of, at this modern establishment opposite the Giardino Ibleo, but coffee was okay, and reasonable selection of cakes and savouries. Despite TripAdvisors advice that Caffe Ibla is CLOSED, I confirm that it is OPEN. Caffe Ibla is on a square next to Giardino Ibleo in Ragusa Ibla very near the one place you can park for free at the top of Ragusa Ibla. It is fresh and welcoming with lovely helpful staff and serves mainly take-away snacks and ice cram and granita but also has a pleasant outside seating area.
