This was a fantastic find! While idling around Raglan, we came across this jewel. It's a simple rustic place with outstanding food. The folks who run the place are very pleasant. We tried an assortment of the finger food and all of them were freshly made. The fish itself was fresh and absolutely delicious! This place is definitely worth the long wait, as it's always bustling with customers. The fish and chips are consistently delicious, and the fish burgers are simply amazing—so good that we occasionally drive all the way from Hamilton just to have one. We often recommend that anyone in the area try the fish burger.
Fantastic place! The crunchy chips were delicious, and the batter was excellent. The kids who served us were great too!
The fish and chips here are truly outstanding. It's just a lovely, short walk from the main area of Raglan, and definitely worth the effort!
