The subway inside Walmart was clean. I feel bad cause it was lunch hour they only had one employee. One will assume they're under staffed as they had a notebook on a table as you walked in that pretty much said if your looking for a job leave your name and number and someone will call you. What Aaron Sponaugle doesn't like about Subway:
Placed an order for pick up. Said it would take 25 minutes to make which is fine. I get notified the sandwich is ready and when I walk in there's not a single customer but the worker isn't even half way through the sandwich, forgot hald the ingredients, falling apart. I should have expected this service when I seen it was inside walmart View all feedback.
Someone PLEASE REPORT this place to the labor force or something cause what the owner does here is super shady. She takes money out her employees checks, belittles and threatens them, docks pay, and accuses people of theft without proof. Her store manager seems to talk to the employees inappropriately and her daughter goes and takes money out the safe whenever she wants. I feel bad for anyone who works here.
Though the food, service, and the atmosphere is amazing. The reason why its amazing is cause of the workers but the owner treats them poorly, the pay is bad, and she takes money unannounced out of their checks. I heard that they even take their tip money. And all while this is happening behind the scenes they come to work with a smile on they're faces and make the place great. I just wanna give props to the employees who work here and the previous employees who had to deal with bad management aswell

I would like to state how often times customers are quick to post about the speck(s) in anothers eye meaning negative reviews. However, I am here to share with you the experience I encountered at the Raeford, Subway.I called Friday afternoon to place an order to be picked up on mid Saturday morning for a Women's Conference.Long story short, I called and Ms. Elaine answered. I informed her that my sister was on the line as well to assist in ordering some sub platters. Ms. Elaine elaborately explained which subs were in included in each platter. She explained how the condiments and additions like pickles, onions, and so forth would be packaged separately. I even said to Ms. Elaine, make sure to include green lettuce. (Giggles) You know sometimes the lettuce may have some brown and thats at ANY restaurant. Fast-forward, she gave us the price, confirmed order, and pick-up time.The next morning, I called early to make alterations to the order. When I picked up my order, I did not check it as I normally do. And I'm going to tell you why. When I placed the order and mentioned about having green lettuce. Ms. Elaine assured me my order would be exactly what I wanted. I told Ms. Elaine I knew and I trusted her work.When I arrived at my destination with the food, my sister immediately asked me if I checked the order and I told her no because I knew Ms. Elaine made sure it was right because I value her work ethics.Let me tell you, when she opened the boxes, the subs were neatly cut and placed in the box. Even when I picked up the order the very first thing I noticed was not only how she handed me my order carefully, but how my order was neatly packaged. The food was fresh! And might I add great tasting.I am a former mystery shopper. It is habit for me to walk into an establishment and begin evaluating the premises, products, the time it takes to be serviced as well as how the employees demonstrate customer service. The restaurant was clean and without clutter. The work teams was neat and clean. Ms. Elaine demonstrated exceptional customer service. She was cordial, patient, thorough, and attentive to mine and sister needs. There was another young lady there when I picked up my order. She was cordial as well.Ms. Elaine keep you the EXCELLENT work! We all enjoyed our subs! We thank you for making our order with LOVE! God bless you and the young lady who worked with you on Saturday morning. ?I HIGHLY recommend dining at this location. It is a family and friendly environment! Go see for yourself!
These people are the worst. I order a salad u0026 tell them I want dressing on the side. Lady says we have to charge extra for the Ramekin lol refund me please
