This restaurant review could be rewritten as: "This small motel is truly amazing, offering a delicious gluten-free breakfast. The owner is also a fellow coeliac, making it a great dining option for those with dietary restrictions."
The owner of this restaurant is celiac, so there are gluten and dairy free waffles available for breakfast. They take measures to prevent cross contamination and clearly label their gluten free options, including using a dedicated toaster. It's just a short walk to two other restaurants and an ice cream shop that also offer gluten free items. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with celiac disease.
