There were no customers in... read more Please stop telling customers it will take at least 20 minutes to prepare a 12-piece family meal just because you don’t want to work. There were no customers in the drive-thru or inside at 5:35 PM. Last time I checked, KFC uses pressure cookers for chicken, not slow cookers! What kind of chicken takes 20 minutes to deep fry? The employees at this location are hurting your business. I even went inside to avoid slowing down the drive-thru, as I understand how things work in the restaurant business.

I was recommended to stick with the location in E-Town or head to Lees if I was in Radcliff, and now I see why.

The customer servi... read more This KFC location should be closed down and replaced with a Popeyes. Even when you order through the app, you end up waiting over 20 minutes! The customer service is terrible, with staff who are rude and unmotivated. There’s never an apology, which seems to be how they’ve been trained. Don’t waste your time sending feedback to KFC either; it just results in an automated response, and nobody actually pays attention to your comments.
