The parking lot could use some maintenance as there are potholes in the drive-thru area. Generally, our orders have been accurate, but we’ve learned to budget our time when visiting this location.

The employee who took my order kept scratching his head without wearing gloves and then handed me our cups with the same hand. While we waited for our food, I noticed the same employee continuing to scratch his head and touch his face, all without washing his hands. This was clearly visible to anyone standing at the counter or the front door. I requested to speak to a manager and expressed my concerns about the need for the employee to wash his hands and wear gloves while handling food. The situation was quite unsanitary and unprofessional, making this my worst experience at that location. I decided I would not return to this Arby’s again. When management addressed the employee about not touching his face, he incredulously replied, "I can't touch my face?" The answer is no; you cannot touch your face and then handle food for customers. This is unacceptable. It’s clear that better training is needed for their staff.

It’s clear that the roast beef has been replaced with a lower-quality, cheaper product. The taste, texture, and smell are noticeably off. On my last two visits, I even found a bone in my sandwich—something I’ve never experienced at Arby's before. The meat quality is very disappointing now. The restrooms are another issue; they clearly aren’t cleaned or restocked properly. Even when we informed the staff about the problems, they just argued among themselves about who should clean it, and nothing was done while we were there. Service is slow, despite having plenty of staff, many of whom seem unproductive. We waited a long time for very simple orders. Plus, the large main table was covered with various menu sheets, as if some employees didn’t finish tidying up.

However, my last two or three visits to this location have been disappointing. The management has been yelling and cursing at employees in front of customers, which is unacceptable. Portions are small, especially considering the price. We waited nearly 30 minutes for three meals, yet items were missing and one meal was incorrect. Until the management improves, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, where I can get more food for less money and better customer service.

They repeated the order correctly, but that was the only thing they got right. When we received the order, only the fries were correct. The first sandwich was supposed to have no buns, but it came with buns. I also ordered two Ranch Swiss sandwiches, but they forgot to add Swiss cheese on both.
