Almtenne Ratschings - RACINES

Very nice and well maintained hotel both internally and externally. The restaurant inside is really well-kept and with a good food proposal. All the courses we have chosen have been cooked optimally, nothing to say. On the service instead something did not go as planned. Let's start by saying that we requested two glasses of wine, but I never saw the bottle, serious mistake. Also in some requests made to the waiter, the answers were vague and useless. All in all, I recommend to dine in this place but I would pay attention to the service. Last negative note? A dessert, requested out of the menu, paid 24€ when the average in paper was 10-12€. I don't have a problem with paying him, but you have to make me know for fairness.

Fantastic experience with a warm welcome to check in and welcome drink. The rooms are fully equipped and very spacious. Super clean, great beds and special requests are really possible. The entire service is exceptional. No matter reception, restaurant or bar all really very competent, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offers everything you want and there is a speciality this week Karotten Cake

Unfortunately I only tried the restaurant, or rather the pizzeria. The location however is amazing, the prices of the pizzeria are normal and magic well even if I ate more good pizzas in Vipiteno

We stopped for the prazo, I would say great, I recommend to try the specialties of the high adige leaving to recommend from the staff

It is a very small and quiet ski resort without all the baptism and sweeping What really bothers me here and there in other areas) but in the tenne the celebrations and drinking want and the right and very rustic ;o)
