Mcdonald's - Racine

No matter what time of day you go your order will most likely be wrong, if you do go make sure to double check your bag. Lastly if you order a drink make sure that is right too as anytime i order a dr pepper it’s usually a coke instead. Tried calling to let the manager know in case it was just an issue of having the wrong syrup in the machine. Called at 11:00am on 2-24 spoke to the manger. She was very rude and hung up the phone when I tried to ask for her name. Also should note it took many tries to even get them to answer the phone. (There should be a zero stars option)

Found a bug in my Apple pie and they tried to tell me it was the apple.? gtfo fr 0/10 would not recommend!!

Why do all the McDonald's here in town look like a retirement home. This place used to be fun and bright and for kids. Looks like somebody died when you walk in.

Best to get breakfast when Kiya is there! She's polite and very knowledgeable and will help.right away! Food was fresh and yes the ice creme machine works!

Drive through order, not busy at all, and missing 3 items in the bag, constant issue at this location. Very disappointing that it’s even a “thing” people need to check their bags to make sure everything is in them.
