However, I had a really positive experience when a kind young man at the drive-thru handed me a package to deliver to a nearby house and mentioned that if I did it, my meal would be free. He was such a nice young man! I'm giving this place 5 stars.

Today, we chose to drive an extra ten minutes to another KFC, and I was pleasantly surprised. The manager was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and my order was accurate and fresh. If you're in Racine, I highly recommend this KFC, as the other one is quite disappointing. This experience has made my whole family happy. Thank you!

The buffet was completely out of stock and about 5 employees kept asking what did we need as we just stood there waiting for them to restock the buffet. I also find it very unprofessional that two employees were arguing behind the counter about who need to clean up what. I will never ever ever ever ever go back to his KFC I also asked to speak to the manager and the manager without knowing my issue told me there 's nothing that she can do and she busy. I called corporate immediately after. One of the employees told my children to get out her damn store. Everyone should be terminated just for there attitudes. Donaisha was the only name I got and she was extremely rude.
