Ihop - Racine

Bad service, mediocre food, and nothing but attitude from the staff. Our first visit here sucked because everything about our order was wrong and our server refused to use a notepad like a normal person but instead took our order by memory resulting in our entire meal being wrong. Our second and last visit consisted of waiting in the waiting area for 20+ minutes until someone with an attitude came over and asked “can I help you with something?” As if us sitting in the waiting area wasn’t obvious enough we needed to be seated. Y’all should really do some attitude adjustment with your staff.

It wasn't in a few years. Service at this point was never great, but today was a welcome change. Server and food were great. Suck quickly and the food came fast. The managers seem to really take care and take time to their regular. It felt more like a family restaurant against a chain restaurant. Something Racine's long needed.

We were not in an IHOP long. Going into we are very pleasantly surprised, extremely clean well managed, food was great. our server DJ was wonderful! would definitely recommend!

The service was great! There was a waitress at the Christie restaurant. She waited for tables, busy, cleaned, grabbed the phone, hosts and take-out orders. She was amazing and the only cook was also. Our food came hot and once looked like the pictures on the menu. My daughter insisted to go to the IHOP for the Minion Menu and she definitely enjoyed it!
